Introducing Caprichos del Paladar
We are thrilled to present Caprichos del Paladar to the American market. Caprichos del Paladar’s large portfolio of mostly preserved artichoke foods is produced in Murcia’s Vega Baja region, or Low Valley, which encompasses parts of the southern province. The area enjoys ideal weather for the vegetables, with hot and dry Mediterranean summers and cold winters.
Caprichos del Paladar is the only Spanish company that still cultivates their vegetables in a traditional method, directly controlling their own plantations while respecting the environment, health and, above all, the quality of the product. Each artichoke is conserved when they have reached ideal maturation and optimal flavor.
